hip flask small maybe pewter and silver plated ?

a small hip flask for sal not sure if it silver plated pewter or not as i cant find out what the markings mean has 3 marks on front first 1 has a triangle with a small circle in it with a smaller triangle with 3 letters in it they are bpc the second marking is a triangle with the letter c in it and the last 1 is a triangle but i cant make out mark if you know what these marks mean let me know thanks
